Dream bits. How odd and cool.

This was a fairly busy night for dreaming, though I can't retrieve most of them. But the bit I woke on last involved me and a fair number of people, including my swordfighting instructor and nubianamy, hanging out with a mildly hyperactive-looking human male incarnation of God, who was desperately trying to talk the lot of us into just going out and doing something pointless and fun with him for an hour. Like bowling, or skeet.

My tree.

Pure birthday-based, but mine was fun.

Maple Tree (Independence of Mind) -- No ordinary person, full of imagination
and originality, shy and reserved, ambitious, proud, self-confident, hungers
for new experiences, sometimes nervous, has many complexities, good memory,
learns easily, complicated love life, wants to impress.

Back to work. (:

On Thursday, completely out of the blue, Dr. Luba Nowek, a chiropractor I know in Howell, called me to discuss working for her. I went in to talk with her on Friday, and was due to drop off a proposal to her today.

Instead, I got a call from her today saying she had arranged for me to work out of the very small fitness center in the same mall as her, that she'd negotiated a 60/40 split at that location for me (which is pretty standard), and that I would have access to both the fitness center clients, and referrals from Luba's office as well. Could I come in today to meet with Colleen, the fitness center owner, check out the space, and get the list of currently scheduled clients from Luba, so I could contact them all to confirm their appointments and the venue change?

While I would have preferred to do a fair bit of this groundwork myself, still, this appears to be a very high quality gift horse. I'll post more after I go out there, meet with Colleen, get the client list from Luba, and the like.
