I've got an interview with a researcher over in the nursing department this afternoon at 3 p.m. Not only would it help out financially, but it would be a good thing to add to my academic resume in terms of applying to grad school someday.
She's got a specialty interest in the effect of alternative health care on cancer. This study is on the effect of reflexology on breast cancer.
The interviewers will be, by my calculations, doing about 720 hours of work.
Over the course of the next four years.
Not going to replace my day job, once I find one. But still a good line item on the eventual grad school application.
Oh, and I have to go back tomorrow to get the tire replaced: two of the tire pegs (the things the lug nuts attach to) were broken off, and they'll have to replace them.
