Waifmas Day #1 Report

Yesterday's gathering went well. We stayed steady around 8-10 people for the course of the evening. Much chatting, some euchre, and various video watching occurred. The spinach, garlic, and swiss quiche went well. Schaffenberger chocolate. Many food donations from several kind people courtesy of Trader Joe's. I threw people out at around 4 a.m., which is almost always a good sign.

It was good to see quite a few of the loved familiar faces, and a few newish faces added some pleasant variation.

Looks like today should be a good group, too. I just took the maple bacon quiche out of the oven. Just finished feeding the early arrivals orange cinnamon french toast.

Here's wishing all of you a good, fun, and/or relaxing weekend in the company of people you like.
